Visitation
1. The ADC utilizes a Video Visitation System to allow inmate visitation. There are eight Video Visitation Stations in the visitors lobby to allow the public access to the system. The public can also access the system by the use of the internet through the Venders Website: https://www.citytelecoin.com
2. Video Visitation is provided through a contracted vender, City Tele Coin, and all disputes will be addressed directly with the vendor. Address: 4501 Marlena St, Bossier City, LA 71111 Phone: (318) 746-1114
The ADC is not responsible for mediation with the vender over inmate disputes.
3. Inmates are allowed four video visitation sessions of 30 minute maximum each over a seven day period. Visits can be done from the visitors lobby based on availability of KIOSKS.
4. Inmates will set up an account to allow funds for video visits, messaging, phone calls and media. Funds will not be transferred between accounts.
5. To participate in visitation, inmates and visitors must comply with the
following rules and procedures, failure to comply will result in the termination of visit:
A. Visitors dressed in clothing determined to be inappropriate by staff will not be permitted to visit, or will have their visit canceled and their name restricted from the inmate visitation.
B. Visitors under the age of 18 who visit in the visitors lobby must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian. Visits via the internet it is strongly encouraged be supervised by a parent or guardian.
C. The ADC is not responsible for any loss due to misuse of inmate account
information.
D. Inmate will be required to secure their account information to avoid misuse.
E. All visitation is recorded and subject to review at any time. Recording are subject to use as evidence in any criminal proceedings.
F. Any illegal activity is subject to criminal proceedings and disciplinary actions.
G. At no time will it be acceptable to attempt to obscure the identity of internet visitors.
H. All media and messaging is subject to review and rejection if deemed
inappropriate.
7. In accordance with the inmate disciplinary policies and procedures, an inmate may be denied visitation privileges upon receiving a disciplinary sanction restricting this privilege. Visitation is also subject to limitations and restrictions based on the security, safety, and health requirements of the facility, its staff, volunteers, inmates, and visitors.
